Our company policy

No matter how good any of us are at the technical side of what we do, we need to be able to run the business side to be successful and profitable. It is no use delivering the best service or product if we do not charge the right price or collect the monies due to us.

Our aim to help you run your business successfully, so you have the time to do what you do best. Rather than counting pennies and pounds, we will take the necessary time to analyse business to see how we can best help you develop your business.

If you do want us to get your accounts accurate to the nearest penny please let us know and we will recommend an accountant who will do that for you.

Pricing policy

Where possible we will quote an inclusive fixed price fee for our services. This means that all telephone calls and assistance on the particular service are included and will not be billed as extras. We will be happy to quote separately for any additional services you may require.

Fee plan

This is a facility we provide to allow our clients to spread the payment of fees over 6 to 12 months. All that is required is the completion of a simple form and direct debit mandate. For existing clients, no money laundering or credit checks are necessary.
